These Petitions have been filed seeking condonation of a delay of 1501 days in filing the applications to set aside the abatement, to set-aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal heirs/legal representatives of the deceased Thavamani, 7^th Respondent in S.A.No.1398 of 2002.

Heard on both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the age of the Second Appeal, and also being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, this Court is inclined to order these petitions. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
