Mr.B.Gopalakrishnan, Counsel on record for the Petitioners and Mr. J. Sairam, representing Mr. P. Jagadeesan, learned counsel on record for Respondents Nos. 9 and 11, are before this Court.

These Petitions have been filed seeking condonation of a delay of 1354 days in filing the applications to set aside the abatement, to set-aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal heirs/legal representatives of the deceased P.Vennila, the fourth Respondent.

In these applications, notice has been served on the proposed Respondents Nos. 11 and 12. Despite service of notice, they have neither entered appearance before this Court nor filed any objections.

5.This Court has perused the affidavits filed in support of these Petitions. The reasons assigned therein are found to be satisfactory. Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
