2.Service is sufficient for the Respondent Nos.5 and 6 and their names have been shown in the cause list. Despite service, the Respondent Nos.5 and 6 did not appear and choose to contest the case.

3.This petition has been filed praying to bring on record the Respondent Nos.5 and 6 as legal heirs/legal representatives of the deceased Respondent No.2.
