The present review application has been filed to review the order of this Court dated 27.06.2025 passed in W.A.No.1885 of 2025. The review petitioners are the appellants.

2.It is not in dispute that there was an administrative delay in sponsoring the respondent to undergo the Bhavanisagar Training, which is the requisite qualification for the declaration of probation and the conferment of service benefits. This issue has already been considered by this Court. Re-adjudication of issues that have already been considered is impermissible in a review application. Thus, the petitioners have failed to establish any error apparent on the face of the record. Consequently, the review application stands dismissed. No costs.
