This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to survey, demarcate and determine the four boundary of petitioners land land measuring to the extent of 71 cents (28.50 ares) in Survey No.110/3 and patta No.2277 situated at Reddiapatty Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District, based on petitioners application No. 2025/0123/13/015252 dated 04.09.2025 and consequently direct the 3^rd respondent police to give a police protection at the time of survey above mentioned property within a specific period as fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

The petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents on 04.09.2025 for survey and demarcate the property of the petitioner. However, no action has been taken on the said petition. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that after consideration of the claims of both the parties, proper steps would be taken to demarcate the land in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.

5 . In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to

consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.09.2025 and demarcate the land of the petitioner, after consideration of the claims of both the parties and pass orders in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are rival claims, the said issues can be agitated before the civil Court. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
