This Writ Petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to transfer the patta in S.Nos.96/14, 96/7, 96/13 and 96/2 in Koothalur Village, Karaikudi Taluk to the petitioner's name by disposing the online Application No.2025/0103/23/278715 dated 02.12.2025 within time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2 . By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3 . The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that, earlier, on three occasions, applications were filed which were disposed of, refusing the grant of patta on the ground that the petitioner did not possess any valid registered documents.

4 . At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain additional documents, which were not earlier provided, are now available and the petitioner intends to furnish the same.

5 . In the event that such documents, which were not previously submitted,

are filed, the respondents shall consider the petitioner's application dated 02.12.2025 on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after

providing a reasonable opportunity to all interested parties. In the event of any rival claims, the parties are at liberty to pursue their remedies before the Civil Court.

6 . The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
