This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to implement the order passed in WP(MD)No.13336 of 2025 dated 30.04.2025 and provide the electricity connection to the petitioner's petty shop.

Mr.S.Deenadhayalan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on

behalf of the respondents.

By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

It is seen that pursuant to the orders of this Court dated

30.04.2025 in W.P(MD)No.13336 of 2025, the respondents had directed

the petitioner to submit an online application. However, without doing so,

the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition stating that the respondents have not complied with earlier order of this Court dated

30.04.2025.

Therefore, considering the fact that it is the petitioner who has not

proceeded to comply with the directions of the respondents in their communication dated 05.06.2025, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to submit the online application as sought for in the letter dated 05.06.2025 which is now served on the counsel for the petitioner. On such receipt, the respondents shall adhere to the time schedule granted in the earlier order.

With the above observations, the writ petition stands dismissed.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
