By relying on patta No.4543 in respect of S.Nos.343/6 and 343/7, the petitioner had applied online for the conduct of a survey. The present writ petition relates thereto.

2.Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2 and learned Government Advocate(crl.side) side accepts notice on behalf of the 3^rd respondent. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that action would be taken on the petitioner's application for survey within three months.
