O R D E R

By relying on a sale deed dated 09.01.1991 and the judgment and decree dismissing O.S.No.332 of 2009, the petitioner had applied for patta transfer on 08.08.2025. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. On the basis of written instructions, he submits that patta transfer applications were received both from the petitioner and from one Suryapushpam, who claims to be the legal heir of the pattadar, Chinnappan. Therefore, he submits that an inquiry would be conducted and a speaking order would be issued.

In these circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to conduct an inquiry in relation to the petitioner's application for patta transfer and issue a speaking order
