PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to reimburse the Medical expenses of Rs.6,75,000/incurred by the petitioner for his Medical Treatment, at Meenakshi Mission Hospital, Madurai as per the proceedings of the second respondent, dated 26.06.2025 with interest at 7.5% per annum within the time stipulated by this Court.

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to

direct the third respondent to reimburse the Medical expenses of Rs.6,75,000/- incurred by the petitioner for his Medical Treatment, at Meenakshi Mission Hospital, Madurai as per the proceedings of the second respondent, dated 26.06.2025 with interest at 7.5% per annum within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Considering the fact that the second respondent had forwarded the proposal on 26.06.2025 to the third respondent with regard to the

3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
