2. Considering the fact that the petitioner's father had died in harness and that the petitioner had made a representation seeking for compassionate appointment to the fourth respondent, the fourth

respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.03.2022 on merits and in accordance with law and dispose of the same, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
