The petitioner states that 93 cents of land in survey No.52/6 was

allotted to his father and that such land was under cultivation. His father died on 05.05.2004. Thereafter, it is stated that the petitioner was unable to cultivate the land regularly due to ill health. Because his health condition is improved now, he made a representation requesting that the land be restored to him. The said request was rejected by an order dated 26.06.2025. Hence, this Writ Petition.
