By asserting that the petitioner is residing in a property of an extent of 2208 sq.ft. in Natham Kudiyiruppu Survey No.194/2, after making a request to issue a patta, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. He submits that the request for patta in natham property is usually considered in respect of smaller extents. Nonetheless, he submits that the petitioner's representation would be considered and disposed of on merits.

Accordingly, without making any observations on the merits,

this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2025 on merits within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of
