The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to consider his online applications dated 13.09.2023, seeking issuance of patta in respect of the property situate in survey Nos.793C/1, 761 and 762/1A1A in Sevugampatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District,

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.C.Prithviraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent.

3 . The petitioner claims right over the subject property under three sale deeds dated 16.11.2011, 1607.2018 and 31.07.2023. Based on the said documents, he submitted online applications dated 13.09.2023 in Application Nos.2023/0105/13/364598, 2023/0105/13/364584 and 2023/0105/13/364589, seeking issuance of patta. The said applications have not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
