The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the Petitioner’s property situate in Natham Survey No. 609/22 of Thuvarankurichi Village, Marungapurai Taluk, Trichirappalli District.

2.Mr.A.Baskaran learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.It is the case of the Petitioner that the subject property belongs to him and Natham Manaivari Patta was issued in his name in Patta No.1731. The Petitioner submitted a representation before the second respondent on 29.07.2024 seeking survey of the subject property. The said representation has not been considered till date. Hence the present Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner for the relief stated supra.

4.Mr.A.Baskaran,learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the Petitioner has not submitted any online application and if proper online application is submitted, the same will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

5.In view of the same, without going into the merits of the matter, the Petitioner is directed to submit proper online application before the second respondent for survey of the subject property within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such online application being received, the second respondent shall consider the sanme and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of such online application from the Petitioner.

6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
