The petitioner herein seeks direction to the 1^st and 2^nd respondents to install survey stones in the petitioner's property situated in S.Nos.404/6A and 404/7A, measuring to an extent of 8.25 cents situated at Thimmakudi Village, Kumbakonam Taluk, Thanjavur District.

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents would submit that survey of the property is already over and the survey stones will be fixed within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
