The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to consider his application, dated 02.06.2025, seeking issuance of separate patta in respect of the property situated in S.No.319(4A) in Joint Patta No.459, to an extent of 0.05.50 Ares in Vallampudursethi, Thanjavur Taluk, Thanjavur District.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that patta for the subject property stands in the name of the five persons including the petitioner. He submitted a representation on 02.06.2025, seeking issuance of separate patta and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, submits that if the petitioner submits necessary documents to establish his exclusive right over the subject property, his request will be considered in accordance with law.

4.In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to produce supporting documents before the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 02.06.2025, shall be considered by the second respondent and
