The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to consider her representation dated 24.03.2025 and expedite the enquiry in the proceedings pending on the file of the second respondent in O.Mu.No.3197293/2025/G5.

Heard the arguments of Mr.R.Manoharan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

UDR records pertains to the property situated in Survey No.58/2B in A.Valayapatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District. In response to the representation submitted by the petitioner, the second respondent in his proceedings O.Mu.No.3197293/2025/G5 dated 25.04.2025 issued enquiry notice. Thereafter, there is no progress. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner pending on the file of the second respondent will be considered within the time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.03.2025 and complete the enquiry in his proceedings O.Mu.No.3197293/2025/G5 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other interested parties.
