The Writ Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent transferring patta in respect of the property in S.No.197/2A and 198/2B, Melur village, Thirumayam Taluk, in favour of fourth respondent without hearing the Petitioner or his father in whose name the original patta stood in the records.

2.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would lsubmit that challenging the very same impugned order, the Petitioner filed a revision before the District Revenue Officer, Pudukkottai and the same is taken on file in appeal in D5.3267080/25, dated 28.4.2025.

4.In view of the fact that the Petitioner had already filed revision challenging the impugned order, he is not entitled to prosecute the Writ Petition simultaneously.

5.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disosed of, with liberty to the Petitioner to pursue the revisional remedy before the District Revenue Officer, Pudukkottai, in the manner known to law. The said authority is directed to dispose of the revision on its own merits, after giving notice to the Petitioner and other interest parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.

6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
