The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to rectify the mistake in Field Measurement Book (FMB) sketch that had crept in for S.No.1133/6, Therur Village, Agastheeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District by considering the petitioner's request dated 10.04.2022.
2 . The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents with regard to the aforesaid grievance on 10.04.2022. Since the said representation remains unconsidered till date, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.
3 . Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the respondents in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
