This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to

cancel the patta granted in the name of the 6^th respondent and to restore in petitioner name by considering the petitioner representation dated 14.03.2025.

By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this

case, the petitioner had purchased the subject property vide sale deed dated 05.09.1984. Thereafter, the petitioner came to know that a General Power of Attorney (GPA) was fraudulently executed in favour of the 5^th respondent and based on the same, another fraudulent sale deed dated 12.07.2023 was executed by the 5^th respondent in favour of the 6^th respondent. In this regard, a criminal case was filed before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11634 of 2025, whereby, an order dated 17.04.2025 came to be passed directing the 3^rd respondent therein to register the FIR and proceed with the investigation against the accused. Subsequently, a representation dated 14.03.2025 was also filed by the petitioner before the respondents 1 to 4 to cancel the patta issued in name of the 6^th respondent and restore the same in the petitioner's name. However, the petitioner's representation was not considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this writ petition.

respondents would request this Court to pass appropriate orders directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner.

6. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned

Government Advocate for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.
