ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the third

respondent to enforce the order of the second respondent, District Revenue Officer made in Na.Ka.23296/2013/LR-1 dated 26.02.2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation in regard to the enforcement of the order passed by the second respondent made in Na.Ka.23296/2013/LR-1, dated 26.02.2021.

3. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents

on instruction submitted that the petitioner's representation would be considered and appropriate orders passed within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the limited relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2024 in regard to the enforcement of order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.23296/2013/LR-1, dated 26.02.2021, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No

costs.
