Today, none appeared for the petitioner. However, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the present issue is pertaining to the disposal of representation filed by the petitioner on 31.10.2024.

Further, he would submit that subsequent to the filing of aforesaid representation, the 2 nd respondent vide proceedings dated 13.02.2024, had directed 3 rd respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation. Hence, he request this Court to grant 8 weeks time to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner.

In the case on hand, it was submitted by the learned

Government advocate that subsequent to the filing of aforesaid representation, the 2 nd respondent vide proceedings dated 13.02.2024, had directed 3 rd respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation. However, the petitioner's representation was not considered by the 3 rd respondent till date.
