Writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling

for the records in connection with impugned order dated 19.6.2025, passed by

the 1st respondent and to quash the same and consequentially direct the 1st

respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2025, before finalizing the transport tender for Vellore Region within the time frame to be fixed by this court.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for

the 1st respondent on instructions submitted that, because of certain lacunae in

The said submission of the learned counsel for the 1st respondent is

recorded and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. However, there shall

be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are

closed.
