This Writ Petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation dated 21.04.2025 and to provide drinking water connection under Jal Jeevan Scheme to the petitioner's house bearing Door No.3/65, Yadavapuram Road, Thethakudi South, Vedaranyam Taluk, through the existing mud road from the main pipeline

The 4th respondent introduced the Jal Jeevan Mission with the objective of providing safe and adequate drinking water through individual

1 to 4 are implementing the said Scheme by replacing the existing drinking

water scheme. While so, the 2nd respondent while laying drinking water

pipelines on both sides of Yadavapuram Road, and providing individual tap connections to the residents of the locality, excluded the petitioner and two others. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation to the 1st respondent on 21.04.2025. Since no action was taken on the said
