2025_ROCS_556230_1 within a time stipulated by this court.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for

the 1st respondent on instructions submitted that, because of certain lacunae in

the Tender documents, E-Tender notice dated 08.05.2025, will be withdrawn

The said submission of the learned counsel for the 1st respondent is

recorded and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. However, there shall

be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are

closed.
