Pursuant to the earlier order passed on 29.01.2025, the matter was listed

for hearing today.

2.The learned Additional Solicitor General appearing on behalf of the

¶46

impleaded 11th respondent provided the necessary details sought for by this

¶47

Court on 29.01.2025. It is seen that Aadhaar No.3121 3445 2355 originally

¶48

stood in the name of one C.Thenmozhi. However, the same has been manipulated subsequently and it was projected as if its stands in the name of one Kasthuri. Similarly, Aadhaar No.6006 4990 3738 originally stood in the name of one P.Pandi Murugan. This has been manipulated and it has been projected as if it stands in the name of Raja. Insofar as Aadhaar No.6745 7501 8003, the communication of the Deputy Director dated 07.02.2025 along with relevant

documents shows that no such Aadhaar Card exists.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the Deputy

submitted that he has received the copies of all the particulars provided today

and the same will be acted upon during the course of the investigation pending in Crime No.9 of 2024 on the file of District Crime Branch-II, Thiruvallur District.

4.Considering all the earlier orders passed by this Court and the information furnished by the impleaded 11th respondent and also the stand taken

by the police, this Court declares the Power of Attorney, dated 26.04.2024, registered as Document No.2611 of 2024, cancellation of Power of Attorney Deed, dated 21.08.2024 registered as Document No.4515 of 2024, on the file of the 2nd and 4th respondent, respectively as illegal and non est in the eye of law. There shall be a direction to the 2nd and 4th respondents to make the necessary entry in the Encumbrance Register by taking note of this order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall also be a direction to the District Crime Branch-II, Thiruvallur District to proceed further

with the investigation in Crime No.9 of 2024 and complete the investigation, as

expeditiously as possible and the police report shall be filed before the concerned jurisdictional Court.

5.This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No Costs.
