petitioner, Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader for R1 to R4 and Mr.M.R.Vinoth Prabhu, learned counsel for R5 and R6.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 18.11.2024 after affording an opportunity to the respondents 5 and 6 and orders shall be passed on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
