By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. This Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved by any excess committed by the National Highways/fourth respondent, it is always open to the petitioner to seek redressal of its grievance, if any in the manner known to law.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
