This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of

mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 07.01.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for removal of the name of the fourth respondent in Patta No.8257 with respect to the subject property.

Heard Mr.M.Mohamed Afridi, learned counsel for petitioner

and Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the

case and considering the materials placed before this Court and considering the grievance expressed by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent along with necessary documents. On receipt of the same, the
