This Sub Application has been filed to reopen the Cont.P.No.619 of 202,

2.Affidavit filed by the respondents was taken into consideration. In the

considered view of this Court, there is no ground to reopen the contempt petition since the effect of the order passed in the writ petition which was confirmed in the writ appeal comes to an end immediately after the conclusion of the conciliation proceedings. Admittedly, the conciliation proceedings has

come to an end and the dispute has been referred to the Tribunal.
