Mandamus directing the 2^nd respondent to act upon the on-line application submitted by the petitioner on 17.02.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta in his name with respect to the subject property.

Heard Ms.V.Ranjitha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents.

The petitioner is placing reliance upon the partition deed dated 03.05.1993 registered as document No.610 of 1993. The petitioner submitted an online application on 17.02.2025 and since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.
