The present Miscellaneous Petition is filed to amend the prayer as “For the reason stated above, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 4 th respondent in Na.Ka.A /225/1996, dated 19.12.2017 and calling for the records of the 2 nd respondent in Na.Ka.M2/VaPa2/2000 dated 06.04.2009 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents herein to mutate revenue records, the names of the petitioners in respect of the lands comprised in Survey No.87/2 of an extent of 0.16.0 hectares, Survey No.87/7 of an extent of 0.25.5 hectares, Survey No.87/8 of an extent of 0.19.0 hectares, Survey No.87/9 of an extent of 0.39.5 hectares, Survey No.87/10 of an extent of 1.16.0 hectares and Survey No.87/11 of an extent of 0.24.0 hectares, totalling to 1.40.0 hectares in Mohur Village, Sankarapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi Taluk, Then Villupuram District and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice” instead of “For the reason stated above, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other writ, order or direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 4 th respondent i n Na.Ka.A /225/1996, dated 19.12.2017 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents herein to mutate revenue records, the names of the petitioners in respect of the lands comprised in Survey
