2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendancy of the writ petition the fifth respondent filed writ petition in W.P.No.15091 of 2022 for the very same relief, in which the petitioner was impleaded as the fifth respondent and compromise was entered into between the parties in the said writ petition.

3.In view of the above, no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
