This application has been filed to re-open the Contempt Petition in Cont.P.No.915 of 2024, which was closed earlier by this Court by order dated 16.06.2025, by directing the respondents not to give any effect to the promotion panel till a decision is taken by the Government based on the report of the Committee constituted by the Government to device the modalities in

implementing the reservation as per the orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

2.Now, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1

to 3, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner’s name will be included in the 2026 panel. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the District Education Officer in Na.Ka.5307/Aa1/2025, dated 26.07.2025, stating that the petitioner’s case will be considered while drawing the priority list based on reservation.
