The petition has been filed complaining that the wife of the petitioner had been missing on and from 17.09.2025. A complaint had been lodged before the 2^nd respondent on 27.09.2025 and FIR in Crime No.439/2025 had been registered under the caption, 'woman missing'.

The 2^nd respondent had been able to secure the detenue and we enquired her. She stated that she would go back with the petitioner/her husband. Recording her submission, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
