In the affidavit filed, it had been contended that the deceased died,

since there was over crowding in the bus and he was not able to get into the bus and he was forced to stand on the foot-board and owing to rash and negligent

driving of the bus, he was pushed out and died owing to that accident.

With an intention to prevent such overcrowding of buses and to

formulate a scheme, the petitioner has filed the present application.

Notice had been directed to the office of the Government Pleader and

notice had also been taken.

The petition stands allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title impleading the Chief Secretary to Government and the Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Transport Department as further respondents in the appeal and list CMA No. 2952 of 2019 on 07.01.2026.
