These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 2846 days in fling the

petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 9^th respondent by name K.Raju in the above second appeal ; to set aside

abatement and to bring on record the proposed respondents as respondents 10 to 12.

2.There is no dispute as regards the relationship between the parties.

3.M/s.U.Meharunnisha, learned counsel undertakes to file Vakalat on behalf

of the proposed respondents. The learned counsels appearing for the other respondents have no objection in allowing these petitions.

4.Since this Court is convinced that the inordinate delay is on account of reasonable cause, is inclined to condone the delay.
