Ramakrishna Math, Nagachi, is conducting free coaching classes at Nagachi, for 100 poor school children of fishermen community with supply of food, uniform, note books, toothpaste and toiletry items.

Having regard to the object of the Trust as projected by the

beneficiary, this Court has no hesitation to allow this application. However, this Court is also concerned about the availability of funds so that public interest can be assessed. Considering various of the case and the fundamental principles, this Court is of the view that learned AG&OT may be directed to donate a sum of Rs.30,000/- per month [Rupees Thirty Thousand only] to Ramakrishna Math, Nagachi, P.O.Ramanathapuram for one year and continunance of this donation for the next year will depend upon the availability of funds and the performance of the beneficiary.

Therefore, this Court passes the following order:-

''Learned AG&OT is permitte to donate a sum of

Rs.30,000/- per month [Rupees Thirty Thousand only] to Ramakrishna Math, Nagachi, P.O.Ramanathapuram, for conducting free coaching classes to poor school children of fishermen community and for supply of

food, uniform, notebooks etc., for a period of one year.
