PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue of Writ of mandamus to restraining the respondents 3 and 5 not to survey the land and fix the four boundaries on that survey and four boundaries of the said property which is in survey no. 3/10(62 Cents), 3/12(47 cents), 3/13(48 Cents), 8/4(22 Cents) and 8/19(16 cents) about 2 acres and 41 cent of punjai land along with survey no. 238/66 plot which is located Allikundam Village, Usilampatty Taluk, Madurai District based upon the petitioner's representation dated on 10.03.2023 within stipulated time fixed by this Honble Court.
