The petitioner is a practicing lawyer. He has filed this writ petition for directing the department to construct additional classrooms to cater to the students of English Medium sections from Standard VI to X in the petition mentioned school.

students. The stand of the respondents is that there is no demand for English Medium. When the School Management Committee has already taken a decision in this regard, we endorse the stand of the respondents that the writ petitioner may not have any locus standi in the matter.
