3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Senior

counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Counsel for the respondents 1 to 3, would submit that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court made in a batch of Writ Petitions in W.P.(MD)Nos.17091 of 2015 etc., dated 27.04.2023. I am also satisfied that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the judgment stated supra.

4. In the light of the judgment passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)Nos.17091 of 2015 etc., dated 27.04.2023, the impugned order

dated 30.05.2015 is liable to be set aside and accordingly set aside.

5. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
