This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to include the name of the petitioner in the property tax receipt for the house bearing Door No.293, in Survey No.294/10, Patta No.268 of Kattikulam Village, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District, based on the application dated 20.05.2023.

counsel representing the third respondent, who is none other than the brother of the petitioner, it is noticed that pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 20.05.2023, the first respondent has conducted enquiry and has sent suitable instructions to the second respondent, vide her communication dated 14.02.2024, bearing reference in Na.Ka.B4/1633/2023, whereby, she has concluded as under:-
