ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct survey and sub-division of petitioner's punjai land situated in Survey Nos.56/3 and 57/1B in Joint Patta Nos.242 and 614, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District and consequently transfer patta in the name of the petitioner on considering the on-line application of the petitioner dated 21.11.2023.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The petitioner submitted an online application on 21.11.2023 for survey, sub-division of petitioner's punjai land situated in Survey Nos.56/3 and 57/1B in Joint Patta Nos.242 and 614, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District and issuance of separate patta to the third respondent, which is pending without consideration.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 21.11.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application for

survey, sub-division and issuance of separate patta for the land situated in Survey Nos.56/3 and 57/1B in Joint Patta Nos.242 and 614, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
