PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to deposit the award amount to the credit of LAOP No.119/2000 on the file of Principal Sub Court, Tiruvannamalai as per the common order dated 05.12.2019 in A.S. No.987 of 2019 on the file of this court.

ORDER

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informed the court that the respondents have deposited the amount to the credit of LAOP No.119/2000 on the file of Principal Sub Court, Tiruvannamalai. In such view of the matter, there is nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
