The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to

conduct the survey and demarcate the boundaries of his property in Survey No.187/13B and 187/14A, 187/14B1A, 187/14B3A bearing Chitta No.379 & 502, by considering his on-line application dated 01.09.2023 in Challan No.20230901005631.

A perusal of the on-line challan issued to the petitioner reveals

that he made application seeking to survey the land situated only in Survey No.187/14B1A, and the said application has not been considered till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

Mr.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes

notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that on-line application of the petitioner for survey the land will be considered on its own merits and appropriate orders will be passed.

In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the respondents 2 & 3 to consider the on-line application of the petitioner dated 01.09.2023 and pass final orders, after issuing notice to all interested parties,

within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

It is made clear that since in the on-line application only the

Survey No.187/14B1A, is found place, the petitioner shall file a proper application in respect of other survey numbers.
