ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents herein to grant promotion to the petitioners on the basis of seniority list drawn for the year 2019-2020 dated 07.07.2020 made in Na.Ka.No.39658/PA1/2019 in the cadre of Training Officers and promote the petitioners to the post of Principal as per the representations submitted by the petitioners on 16.10.2020, 17.10.2020, 21.10.2020, 09.08.2021, 10.08.2021, 10.09.2021 & 22.09.2021 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2 . When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel
for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ
Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
