Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 5 to consider and dispose of petitioner's representation dated 21.05.2024 and consequently directing them to conduct enquiry and inspection in S.Nos. 261/4, 261/3A, to an extent of 91.5 and 0.45 hectares respectively and in S.Nos. 261/1, 261/2, 261/3B, 261/5 total to an extent of 2.54 1/2 acres at Thenkodipakkam Village, Vanoor taluk, Villupuram District which illegally utilized for quarrying and mining by 6th respondent and to cancel the license granted to the 6th and 7th respondents.
