further affidavit affirmed on 14.11.2024. Counsel for appellant states that he has read out the contents of the affidavit and explained the same in Tamil language to the affiant.

- Considering the contents of the application as well as the further affidavit, and the fact that the original suit was dismissed for reasons mentioned therein, we condone the delay.
