This W.M.P. is filed to bring on record two parties as respondents to the petition.
- Counsel for applicants states that he has served those proposed respondents a copy of the WMP. WMP shall be served once again on the proposed respondents within one week. Private service is permitted. Applicants may serve by hand-delivery, courier as well as speed post. Affidavit of service shall be filed within a week thereafter.
- If any of those proposed respondents wish to oppose the application, they may file a reply and serve a copy thereof on the applicants within two weeks of receiving a copy of the application.
